History knows that Bugatti made only four iconic units of Type 57 SC Atlantic from 1936 – 1938. Three of the units still remain in the collection and in good health but the fourth one is lost in time, and now the company is all set to make a comeback of Atlantic with modern ideas.

According to the news and latest update, Bugatti has released a teaser trailer which only shows the tail light, and it is amazing, to be honest. With dark background and red wing-shaped tail light, this will be exciting.

Rumors have it that already someone had placed $18 million for this historical piece which is to be made soon. That someone is none other than former Volkswagen Group Chairman Ferdinand Piech.

The original Atlantic had Chiron quad W16 8.0-liter engine. It had a long hood. If the new car is something like this, then I believe people will be dying to get a piece for themselves as well.

According to the company, they believe that they cannot make the original unit as per the maker’s design that is Jean Bugatti but what they will be doing is, making something futuristic to capture more audience.
